Repost in correct section*

You beat a stock SVT Lightning at the track, then posted a vid saying that he cant drive for shit...sir, you claim to have a 600rwhp GT that runs 9's but you still run 13's? Yet alone, you're too chicken shit to run a SRT4 neon? How about this, my little 89 coupe mustang against that 05 sc'd gt. Hell i'll make the drive from Artesia to El paso to show what a real mustang can run at a 1/8 of the price. But seeing how you're too skurred to run a srt4 neon i doubt youd run me...id give you any race you want. 1/8 mile, 1/4, street race 15-140, 25-120, 30-140, 40-160...you call the shots and ill let you have what you want. And i want to put money on it too twat waffle. If you're as fast as you say then you should have no problem putting down atleast 200 bucks for a run. Ill even let you know my build ahead of time.

First, a little about the man behind the machine. I know i will be rediculed by many but i am not ashamed to tell the truth about my horrible past. Like many out there, I too, started in the import scene. I mean i went all out. I am talking two story wings, wide body kits, overkill amounts of neon glow inside and out, pointless hood scoops, and that GAWD AWFULL dying moose exhaust. you know the kind that sounds like a swarm of pissed off bumble bees? yeah that was me. But i took pride in my creations and would talk mass amount of junk about american muscle. how heavy, bulky and slow they were only because i beat out a few v6's and a couple of 8's that i am sure didnt even know we were racing. It wasnt until i began hanging out with a buddy from work who drove a 98 Mustang Gt. i would always taunt him to race but he never got on it until one day i did a ricer fly-by and he stomped the throttle. I swear i saw the evil of my ways as i heard his beasty exhaust tear through the night and i watched his shift light gleam this bright light over his wicked smile as he easily rushed pass me.....and i was doing 110mph!!!!! That night at Hooters i couldnt stop thinking about that (if you can call it) race, i began to ask him about his stang and he gave me the low down on his simple upgrades such as a bbk intake and shorty headers. He had only done a few things where as i had dropped nearly 6 grand into the ricer and got smoked so easily. He was selling his Gt for a same year Cobra but i wasnt too big on 98 body style. Wasnt even two weeks later i found myself creeping around a Ford dealership checking out all the stang on the lot. Within minutes i was sitting in a 2000 GT Mustang tapping the gas, listing to the sick exhaust. Leaving the lot for the test drive the dealer told me to get on it and appreciate the raw power. without second guessing i stomped the gas pedal in first. the car's rear end slid right, not even letting up i locked second as the car slid left, finally tapping third the stang straightend out and i looked down to see i had already hit 90mph. I couldnt stop smilling and neither could the dealer knowing he had a garuntee buy from me. So with that, the ricer was traded in, the GT keys were in my hands and i was calling up my buddy to show him my new ride. Wasnt long before i began hanging out with CCS (Columbus City Stangz) of Columbus, GA. A group of dedicated enthusiast who all love their stangs. Thats where my appreciation for the history of the Mustang came from and i started to see the car less as demon racing machine and more of a piece of American history appreciated by both old and young. That was nearly 3 years ago, and today my heart pumps Blue Oval Pride stronger than ever! I want to thank the two main influences who helped me see the light. Although i dont see too much of them these days, the stang is still cruising around town, terrorizing the tracks and winning shows.....thanks Rainy and Chad!!!.................. The Machine!!!!!!! This mustang is the second one i have owned. It was bought originally just because i loved mustangs but had no intentions of taking it any further than stock, but, like every true car enthusiast, the mod bug bit me and it wasnt even two weeks after buying the car that plans to build the exterior began. I couldnt find a complete kit that i was too certian about getting. The Saleen looks good from the front but i wasnt too big on the rear bumper or the hood, plus it goes againts my beleife of adding your own flavor to your car. I could buy a complete Saleen, Shelby, or Roush kit but no matter what, the car would still be a GT. So I began looking around and came across a kit that i liked and was affordable. I orignaly went with the Street Scene Gen 1 full body kit but later substituted the front bumber for the Gen 2. The hood is off of the KRGT500 which i really liked for its multi-function of being a sexy addition to the car and for its purpose of allowing a lot of air to be channled into the engine bay and for allowing heat the be extracted from the top of the hood. The window quarters are from Ford Racing, you can see these on the FRC500 mustang race cars. The rear wing i chose from Roush, it was really the way the wing comes over the side of the trunk that got me. I was between the ductail wing and the roush but the roush gave off a slightly longer affect of the car. Then came the fun part, the wheels. The wheels can make or break any car. To go with 18's, 19's or 20's? The best looking rims at the time came in 18's but for the size of the car and with the body kit i thought the 18's were too small. For a while i looked for 19's and was in the works of ordering them from tire rack.com (which i highly recommend NO ONE EVER DOES!!!!!) but the company was constantly screwwing me over. i asked for powder coated silver in which they said they were currently out of. but being the good sales rep he was he talked me into hyper black. so after a week i call asking for the status of the order only to find out that they were shipping 2 hyper black wheels and 2 solid black wheels. i then had to wait another 2 weeks to check and see if they had gotten in the other 2 hyper black wheels. once i called in i found out my order was some how lost. the sales rep asked me if i wanted to go with another style of wheel. by now i have waited nearly a month for my wheels so i told him no thanks and began my wheel search again. Thats when i came across STEEDA.COM Talk about a company that knows Fords! Even better the Mustang!!!! they have everything from pullies to transmissions. I think i spent 2 hours on the sight making a wish list of everything i wanted. This included the current wheels on my car now, The Steeda Ultralites, Offered in a light weight 20'' wheel that was made specially for the mustang and its performance. Didnt hurt that they came wrapped in Nitto 555's (which my rear tires were later replaced for Nitto 555r's 20'' drag radial) I had my order a week later and i was very satisifed. The car remained agile and i never felt the weight of the wheels. The exhaust was a no brainner as i would go with the exhahust my buddy had and i had on my first stang. I went with Flowmasters Single Chamber system. I will always recommend this system to anyone looking to give that monsterous t- rex roar to their stang and to just piss off ricers by making their car alarms go off when you roll by! Having the body complete, i was happy...for the moment. The car was all show...but it was missing the go. dont get me wrong. 300hp is not bad, especially in the new s197 stangs with the transmissions perfect shifts, but there just comes a time when you want more. So the debate began....Turbo, or Supercharger? I sepnt months reading "5.0 Mustangs", "Fast Fords and Muscle Mustangs", and browsing dozens of different sights. For a while i had my eyes on a turbo from HP Performance. Then i began ordering the twin turbo kit from STS (squire turbo systems) only to call the day of shipping to cancel the order. I couldnt decide what i really wanted. The saleen blower began to look good but i didnt want to lose my engine plenium cover, so that knocked out the other choices such as the roushcharger, the kennebell or the whipple. Eventually i weeded out the other blowers and landed on a great deal from Paxton. I orderd the Paxton Novi 2200 SL H.O. with intercooler. I was finally happy, the looks and power to go along with it.....but let me give some sound advice to anyone who is looking to build power under their hood. If you plan on purchasing a power adder, have a additional 10 grand ready to spend as well. With the blower installed the car was now making more power than what the factory trans was able to hold. this meant having to tear out the transmission and having it sent to LEVEL 10 PERFORAMCE so they could rebuild it with their sick ANIMAL KIT and bullit proof 3000 rpm stall tourqe convertor. Meanwhile at the shop, the engine needed a re haul as well. this meant a bore and stroke, better spark plugs, cams, pistons, and rods. A kit I recommend you buy from STEEDA if you plan on having done. F.Y.I , doesnt hurt to pick up their eibach 2'' lowering coils while your there. So finally, after 4 grand of body work, and 15 grand of engine and trans work the stang was finished and affectionatly named Papa Smurf Even after all the headach there are a few more small things i have yet to order such as : strut brace, KRGT500 racing stripes, and a couple of interior upgrades..... The life of a Enthusiast is never done.....By the time you read this I am sure there would of been some kind of a change or addition to the car again. If you all have any questions about Papa Smurf or where to get work done or order from, feel free to ask. I can talk stangs all day!!!
