If you mean the part of the hood that covers the lights, that is a boser/bozer that many people like. Gives the car a mean look.

I have an 08 Focus Coupe and an 03 GTI 20th AE.
The Focus has bolt ons, the GTI doesnt.
The Focus is slow, the GTI isnt.
